Benefits of eating 6 meals a day.

Eat small quantities of food regularly(but no this food)

I thought I just put up this quick post about the benefits that eating small 6 meals a day can bring you in your weight loss efforts.

There could not be a more simple weight loss solution than this weight loss solution. For beginners, all you need to do is to take your normal amount (the amount that you are currently eating no matter how much less or how much more) and split that amount in two.

Then eat the first part at your regular time and the second part after about 2-4 hours. Do that to the other meals as well and you will have yourself six meals with the same quantity as you USED to eat in 3 quantities.

This simple weight loss solution will give you more energy throughout the day and you would not feel groggy in the afternoon and neither will have have stomach problems such as diarrhea or constipation.

I have been trying this for the past 2 days and have felt so good throughout the day just by making this mall change. Not even to my diet, but to the way I eat  my food.

This weight loss solution only requires you to break up your food into many parts and eat them after fixed time intervals so that your body can utilize the nutrients of your food more effectively.

When you eat too much at one sitting, the Glycemic index load on your body increases and thus to put it in simple words, your body’s ability or tendency to convert food into fat increases. Your brain also gets more signals of sleepiness.

Thus you feel groggy after eating large amounts of food. Most of your energy goes into digesting the large amount of food you just ate and thus you cannot concentrate on your work.

Not to mention the expansion of your stomach which will lead you to eat more, more often as your stomach gets expanded.

Hope this tip helps you. In the beginning you might feel a big hungry because you would not be filled up, up till your throat after your meal but remember that is better for your body.

The next stage is obviously to take your current diet and make it more healthy and then fit that “more healthy” diet into six meals spread evenly across your day. You would feel the affects from day one. Seriously.
