Turmeric has an active ingredient named cucumin which is excellent at burning fat inside your body. It also helps you in digestion by breaking down protein rich foods easily.

The best way to use turmeric is to sprinkle it over you meat, fish or vegetables DURING preparation. Not after, because it’s raw taste can take a bit of getting used to.

It is healthy no doubt. I think the best way to use it would be to use it in small amounts since it has high number of calories.
