Today, I thought I might just add two simple and short weight loss solutions. These should only serve as your rule of thumb when it comes to loosing weight in a fast and healthy way. So lets begin.

1. There is no such thing as general weight loss solution. Everyone is different both physically and chemically so not everything will work with everyone. You will have to find out what works best for you and then apply that to yourself to get the maximum results. How will you do that? Well, there are many ways of doing that, how about you start with my earlier posts. Those will certainly help you get started with your weight loss journey.

2. If a deal (that is, a weight loss solution) sounds too good to be true then it probably is. You can only loose a certain amount of weight per week or per month. There is no magic pill to make you loose 10 pounds in a week or in a day. Yeah, you might loss some water weight (the water inside your body) through sweating but it won’t matter as that weight will come back once you start drinking and eating.

I have intentionally made this post short because I want you to really think long and hard about these two weight loss solutions. Take every weight loss solution and tailor it according to your own needs and your own lifestyle and do not look for shortcuts. Admit the fact that you are going to have to work hard in order to loose weight and even harder in order to keep that weight off.

It is a change in lifestyle not just one month or 2 months. This is something you will have to deal with, probably, for the rest of your life so my suggestion to you will be, man up. Face the fact that it is going to be difficult but that is the exciting part. It is difficult but  that is what makes loosing weight so much satisfying then so many other activities.
